Login roaming doesn’t work

elaminem

Was in Los Cabos airport Mexico (SJD), tried to login using roaming but App didn’t work, and I couldn’t access the lounge. Customer service at the lounge airport wouldn’t take Amex plat as a proof, while other airports do. She wouldn’t let me use lounge wifi to login!! We pay for this service for these situations! Total failure for Priority Pass.

Useless

Adib K

Most terminals in most airports are not supported.

HondaCR-V Art

Too few places to eat unless a very frequent travel er on international flights

App no funciona

TaTTo UPB

No he podido realizar mi registro porque la app no acepta el año de expiración de mi tarjeta el cual es superior al permitido por la app. He pedido soporte a la pagina y lo que me dicen es que el banco me debe solucionar el problema.

Used to be great - now, not so much

hh1015

This was great when it had availability at airports that I used. Now there are literally zero options at either PDX or DEN. This are some pretty big airports to have nothing offered. Bummer. ?

Little Value

WoJo316

When this program started it was pretty cool. Now it’s of little to no value.

Cannot login

mackattack172

No longer able to login. Useless when trying to use.

Covid has lessened the value of this pass

Disappointed that Stephanie’s at Logan Terminal B closed at the start of the pandemic and has not been replaced with another option. We have missed out on using this benefit 10 or more times due to this.

Orlando A terminal club

DISGUSTING is a great word to describe the place. The furniture is very abused and filthy. I would not even sell it at a thrift store. There are industrial extension cords running along the floor. The place is in desperate need of a refurbishment On a positive note The staff is excellent prompt and every friendly. They try there best to clean the old run down stained furniture. But. It’s hard to clean a chair with years of stains and splits in the vinyl so you can see the inner padding

Almost NO Lounges

Eyerysh

So disappointed. I was totally misled. I purchased my American Express card, and one of the primary reasons I was willing to pay the annual fee is because it came with Priority Pass. Sold on AMEX website as: “ wherever your travel takes you, enjoy access to over 1000 lounges in over 120 countries when you enroll in your complementary Priority Pass select membership that comes with your card. This allows you to relax before or in between flights. You can enjoy snacks, drinks and Internet access in a quiet comfortable location.” The person on phone said it is actually over 1300 lounges now. Now I that I am a Priority Pass member, I looked up what lounges were available at four of the largest airports in the world here in the US that I travel through often: 1) LAX-Los Angeles. None 2) DFW-Dallas. Only one in Terminal D and you can only enter it 3 hours before your flight, so a 2 hour stay so time to get to your flight to board in another Terminal. If you have a 5 hour layover, you can’t go in. 3)EWR-Newark Int’l. Only one in Terminal B, and you must be flying out of terminal B to use it. That limits you to JetBlue, allegiant air, spirit, Delta, and Int’l United Airlines flights only. If you fly United or American no go. None in Terminal A. Also only open from 1:30 pm -8 or 9:30 pm 4) ORD-Chicago O’Hare Int’l. Only in International Terminal 5 and must be flyingOut of that terminal to use it. Open from 1 to 9 PM only. I called the Priority PassCustomer service number just to be sure I wasn’t misreading, or misusing the app. I Wes correct. Shame on American Express. Misleading customers destroys trust and Brand Utilization. Bye bye AMEX.
