Feels like a scam

Called into their customer service to sign up two weeks ago. Nothing received, no email, zero. I call again, and the card is still has not been processed. Going with Centurion, a legitimate company.
Lax - what’s the point

Why have the card if I’m restricted to use when I’m in airport. We were in LAX at 9am, but we’re not allowed access until 11am!
App is not helpful

The app really isn’t helpful. It is very slow and glitchy. Tried a few different airports and it stops before showing the actual lounge.
Basic functionality does not work

The worst experience of any app that only needs to provide a simple functionality of listing lounges and show a digital card, which it fails to do 99 percent of time.
