Full lounges with poor quality food

I am frequently waited listed at lounges. The food in most lounges is poor quality. Often higher quality food is available outside the lounge.
Need better options

Denver International Airport has no lounges/restaurants nor does Tampa International Airports. Many people fly to Denver or connect flights in Denver. Chase reserve just increased their fees and wonder if they are aware of the lack of perks
Discount at restaurants

Many of the incentives for a discount on meals have been removed. Quite honestly that was the best advantage that PP had for me. Please reinstate those benefits, especially in St Louis.

The sky delta lounge disrespected me and made me uncomfortable infront of my family and did not allow me to enter

Love the attentive staff- they were always there offering help. Loved the way they explained the amenities of the lounge!
Not for domestic travel in USA

This is worthless in USA. many major airports have nothing or only in some other terminal. I be been locked out because they are full and only admitting first class passengers. I’ve walked halfway across an airport to find the lounge closed when app says it should be open. Often the choice is no lounge at all but credit at a restaurant that may or may not be in your terminal or concourse.

While you reduce your offer you should at least make sure your list is updated and not waist peoples time in heading to a a restaurant which is taken off the list.
