The app needs an overhaul. The initial setup is borderline absurd. Subsequent logins difficult too. Focus on making it simple to login. Face ID maybe?? Reset password should take seconds not days and stored info shouldn’t expire every few months.

estoy en el aeropuerto en fort lauderdale, resulta que siempre entre con la tarjeta master card Black de Bancolombia, resulta que acá no la reconocen, bajo la aplicación y No está la tarjeta virtual y ustedes ponen que es necesario el tenerla para que te dejen entrar pero que NO está disponible, Un desastre ahora para mandar el mensaje hay que poner apodo, que absurdo

For the 4th or 5th time I was directed to go to a provider for Priority Pass to be told we are NOT accepting PP at this time. This time Ohare international swissport lounge.

Refused entry into Alaska airlines lounge terminal 7 JFK as they stated they did not allow Priority Pass. Lounge was empty. They need to remove this lounge from the app. Customer service wasted 30 minutes of my time on hold.

Sometimes I try to look at a lounge and I have to wait a few minutes (or seconds depending) for the app to download all of the airport and lounge data I ask please either 1) lookup as I search 2) allow me the option to predownload for offline use and update the list when I want to (pop ups and notifications acceptable). I’d also be happy with background updates I’m the end, I see that waiting cursor and I ditch for lounge buddy which also usually has more photos and reviews I love priority pass and I will switch this feedback to a 5 star with a response
