First of all, most of the “lounges” here are not really lounges but restaurants in the regular part of the airport that you just get a credit at. Second of all, you are basically a second class citizen for access to the real airport lounges with Priority Pass. If they are even 2/3 full they will start rejecting Priority Pass members and make them sign up to a 1+ hour waitlist to get in. By that point it’s usually pointless. I’d give this zero stars if it wasn’t free with my credit card.

It’s a nice app but wish it had more photos of complimentary food and drink offered

It seems we’re losing access to more and more lounges. Why the sudden loss of access?

I have been standing at Alaska airlines for 49 minutes and they did not let us in What is the point of having the card? Susana 281 7706190

Frequent bugs that almost seem like they want to make it more difficult for people to make use of their memberships. Worst one at the moment is every time the app is launched my screens brightness is turned all the way off so it’s difficult to even see it enough to get to the setting to turn the brightness up. The app frequently logs people out and doesn’t recognize known good passwords which may not be the app but backend services. But there is no reason for such frequent forced log out and deletion of login account from the app.

The app is too big to fit on my phone for its limited use. They should be able to make this app much much smaller. Uninstalling.

The food and level of quality/class has greatly declined. The Hartsfield lounge on international terminal is the worst.

The last 6 lounges have denied entry because they are too full but continue allow business class passengers. Too full but allow more in? Strange. Why am I paying for the service?
