Doesn’t work

Tried creating my membership, entered member number and pin and it didn’t let me move forward. Super frustrating especially because I was on hold with Priority Pass for 18 minutes and then I finally get them on the phone and it stopped working

For some reason you have to delete and re download for updated lounge information... not sure why, but was very frustrating to go all the way to another concourse because the app is out of date

Even though the app shows service availability, once you go for the counters it tells you that they no longer have a contract with priority pass. Please update the app so the information is accurate and I don’t waste my time go to lounges where this is not accepted. I wouldn’t recommend this service
Location services and remember last seen page

I wish the app can locate itself to know which airport I’m in. Also make it show the last page/lounge I was looking as I need to see it repeatedly in the airport.

根本不能用，都不让用，我在洛杉矶LAX机场出发，国际航站楼B楼里有四五家休息室，都不让进，只有一个韩国的在11am-5pm之间可以用，但是我是晚上12点的飞机，也没在所谓的工作时间进去过。剩下的航站楼也有，但是离的非常远，走过去半小时，而且必须买达美航空的机票
Review of the App, not the benefit

I am surprised to see that this is a 5-star app because it never works for me. The pictures of the lounges always has a sorry not available message, the links for forgot my username, forgot my password, and to register do not work and say I need to check my network connection....I had an account but it kept saying incorrect login which is how I experienced the above links not working. Then went online to take care of it instead. Confirmed my login information, used that information to try to sign in on the app and it STILL said I could not sign in. Horrible app all around. Way more of a hassle for a benefit that is to be more enjoyable travel, not have these hassles.
