Customer Service ... doesn’t exist – Priority Pass™ Review

Apparently if you created an online account before November 2017 then you’re SOL. You do not exist in the digital world as far as Priority Pass is concerned. When they ship you your new card they fail to inform of this critical piece of information in their correspondence and forget phone support they are unable - unwilling to help. They like taking your money they just don’t value you as a customer. Now I suppose I have to try to create a “new account” with the same PP # and name and email ... let’s see how well this works especially when I can still login to their website and app with old/current credentials. Stunning how poor some companies can be in the digital age. You would think they would find a way to transition existing customers to the new digital “system”. It’s a joke! Chase has a countless number of card holders that have PP as a privilege I guess PP doesn’t care for the business.
