Examples: 1) Three separate accounts in one. Reserve account reserved - Important when i needed to protect money for mid-month bill payment. 2) Allows me to get money from ATM without card. How awesome is that. 3) Didn't charge me for replacement cards. I’m liking PNC.

For over a month now even after Uninstall and latest update
hello its me duh
What’s the point of the app if you can’t make a payment on auto loans! BE BETTER! App doesn’t do anything but show payments made. Wells Fargo is way easier, bbva was better

Haven’t been able to deposit checks for the last two month, living in NY this is a problem. Thinking of changing banks to not have to deal with this issue anymore.

This has to be the worst banking app ever. Login issue after login issue. Reset password password not verified are you kidding me.

I’m attempting to deposit several checks from PNC’s bill pay provider but when I do I get an error that it can’t read the endorsement. I use the same endorsement on hand written checks and it works just fine.

To start, PNC is a phenomenal bank and I have zero complaints with them…the app however needs some work. My main issue is with the budgeting utility. The way transactions are listed on the app, you can’t see who it is you’ve paid to be able to know what category to list that payee as. For example, one transaction of mine is listed as “NO124 8869 PAYMENT POS002 xxx55… $39.58”. I need to know what comes after the “…” to see who I’ve paid but when I click on it it doesn’t show me the rest of the line. I have to print my bank statement off and try to match it up, which is too cumbersome to keep up with when it’s supposed to be easy and digital. I don’t know why PNC doesn’t put the relevant information at the beginning (I.e. the payee name) and leave all the extra information at the end to get cut off after the “…”. As it is now, the budgeting portion of the app is useless, which is super disappointing because that’s what I was most looking forward to on the app.
