Useless app and an attempt to up sale even more useless checking account from PNC in order to pay a simple bill. No ability to add an external checking account? Ridiculous! No other bank does that.

The representative has been patient and nice, but it took me more than one hour for me to try to send the money.

why did manually entering the check amount get removed- automatic detection of the amount of the check does not work. for a $60 check it gave me different values each time from $0.01 to $10 to $90. and this is check issued by pnc so not due to the writing. and then it’s a huge hassle to have to redo it with both the front and the back of the check each time. this was never perfect before automatic detection but is was better than it is now! grrrrr

I do not have any banking other than an auto loan through PNC. The website and app seem to only want people who have full accounts (requests for PIN numbers etc). I can’t even reset my password without a ridiculous amount of information, that one does not always have right on hand (16 digit account number!). I usually schedule months of payments in advance to avoid this awful platform.
Keeps locking me out of my account

I was banking with BBVA until they changed to this branch. I loved BBVA, I NEVER had an issue with them. I get locked out of my account way too often and with no explanation.
No access to online banking

There are persistent problems with online banking. I have not been able to access my online account for over a week. After multiple attempts to change my password I keep getting the message “service is not available right now”. There does not seem to be a customer service contact either, only a phone number to perform banking transactions which is not what I’m looking for. I will be moving my account to a bank that has more reliable service.

App crashes every time I use the “other amount” to pay my credit card. Using the website on my phone is not user friendly - please update.
