Not able to pay off credit card with other amount

App crashes when I try to pay off credit card and input other amount.

They don’t let you use an outside bank account to make credit card payments. They redirect and tell you to start a checking account with them. It forces you to get on your computer to make a payment or set up auto-pay.
What happened

App just started to quit when trying to pay bill. Repeatedly. Restarted iPhone. Didn’t help. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Didn’t help. Please fix.
Turn off Low Cash Mode

I’m a BBVA transfer and only use this to pay my auto loan, so I couldn’t care less about the Virtual Wallet. But why has the Low Cash Mode been under maintenance since inception? How do I turn OFF daily alerts? Yes, I KNOW I have zero balance in checking!

I often have an issue with Zelle on the app and have had to call customer support several times for it. Every time I’ve needed to wait 30-40 minutes due to unusual call volume. What’s truly unusual is how consistent this is….

Unable to pay custom amount when paying credit card bill. When selecting “make a payment’ on my credit card account I am unable to make a payment for a “other amount”. It force closes when hitting done on the keypad that pops up when entering the payment amount. Never had this problem until recently. Please fix this. Thanks.

Applied for your grant but don’t think we got a fair opportunity to receive funding especially as a loyal PNC Customer for over 6 years. At least share why we didn’t make the cut compared to others that were awarded.
