After latest IOS update it’s just an app

I’ve been using this PNC app from 4yrs and didn’t have any issues while doing transactions. But recently after IOS 15.2 update i couldn’t do a single transfer. The app just closes when entering the amount. Called the customer care, they suggested to remove and reinstall application and still the issue remains same. If I had to use web page to do the transaction then why do I need an app. I think it is time to say good bye to this PNC app and just login to website all the time like old times.

Unable to make any payments or transfers in app called pnc they said everything needs to be done though the website. Ok so what the point of the app I ask her her answer was idk ?

Being a UX designer in Fintech, and having seen and used many banking apps in my time - I can assure you this one is the absolute worst. I’m unable to make a simple transfer out of the bank into my preferred account. Completing a simple task is unintuitive and impossible, I’m unable to opt out of annoying notifications, and the interface is just plain ugly. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely awful. I opened an account online and they immediately gave me an account number. A few days later I received a letter in the mail confirming the account. Great, I update my payroll direct deposit. Two weeks after opening the account I get another letter saying the account is closed because they are missing information. Really? Instead of asking for my missing information, they close the account? Now I won’t get my pay on time because it will bounce after a few days and payroll will have to figure out what happened….awful.
