Unable to view account details

For the past few days I have been unable to view the details of my account. When I click on the account I'd like to view I get a message that says "This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I've closed the app, logged out and logged back in, and nothing seems to fix the issue.
What happened?

I used to really like this app. Now, I use face recognition and does not work anymore. I enter my password I’ve used for a few months and it keeps saying error. Very frustrating. Very disappointed. I have to use my desktop computer to see my account! Fix the mobile app please!

Can only use online banking if you have a debit card. How stupid is that? Also had a terrible mortgage loan experience.

External Account Payments

Please add external account payment options. I’ve waited patiently for years and still nothing. The purpose of an app is to be able to access all the features you would using a computer. This is a monthly issue and it’s so simple. I’m closing this account in the next year if this isn’t changed.

App often malfunctions. Had to go into the branch 2x this past month because of mobile deposits that got messed up. Pnc stinks in general and I’m liking moving all my assets elsewhere.
