I had multiple accounts at many major banks over the years and PNC is best by far. They have the best customer service at the branches or over the phone. It’s website and Banking AP are amazing, informative, user friendly and powerful. My best banking experience ever! My interactions with any representative is always the same - white glove treatment. PNC is the “American Express customer service” of banking.
Worst Banking App Ever

There are 101 options on the app to receive notifications unlike the former BBVA bank App and literally Every other Bank App anytime you deposit, withdraw or make any transaction you get an instant notification NOT with PNC Bank there is no option for getting notification of getting a notification when you make a transaction so pretty easy to get ripped off if something happens to your CC or debit card

Frequent Crashes

App crashes when trying to pay PNC credit card from PNC checking account. Once I enter the amount and press “DONE”, the app crashes. A fix would be super so I can pay my bills.
No support for Car loan

You can view the details of auto loan, but you cannot make a payment through the app. Never had this issue with other banks. Tells you to visit pnc.com to make a payment. Inconvenient.

This is the first Banking App i saw where you can not add an external bank account to pay your balances!!!
Please get rid of the vibration in deposits

My primary use for the PNC mobile app is mobile deposit. However, the vibration that occurs as you are attempting to photograph the front and back of checks makes it impossible to get a picture clear enough for the deposit to work. For the love of sanity, please get rid of the photo vibration.
