This app is terrible. It never saves my settings to utilize fingerprint sign in. Always locks me out when I manually enter password (the same password I use for access on the full website). Not intuitive or user friendly. I miss BBVA.
Notifications for Charges?!

Being a prior BBVA customer one of the most convenient features that would be obvious and normal to have in every application for banks is notifications for every time your card is charged. This app is the first app I have ever use that does not provide notifications every time you use your card, it is incredibly inconvenient and I feel like I have no control over what is being charged. I want to make sure that everything is in line and this app fails to provide that.

I get information about bill payment but when I went in yesterday they could not help me. They did not have staff available. I have tried several times to set up my account but my problem has not been solved
Why they change it?

I use the PNC banking app to keep track of my finances and deposit my paychecks, but why did they have to make it read the checks rather then input the amont on my checks? Are people really that dishonest they had to change it? It takes me almost 15 to 20 minites now to get my paychecks deposited. I cant deposit it at a bank becuse the nearest one to my appartment murged with one thats too far away, and with the cold weather, its almost impossable to get there. This is my only way to properly deposet my paychecks now and its absolutely fustrating to use since the latest change. I have a genetal understanding of why they might have had to change it, but at least make it easier to use.
