This app is wonderful I'm sitting here in my bedroom with my robe on and just deposited a check. Instead of putting my clothes on and having to drive to the bank it's already done, Thanks PNC mobile

I would give 4 or 5 stars if the security were better. I don't have a white paper on PNC's handling of security such as passwords or secrets. I don't know if they encrypt over open wifi connections, if it's secure in transit using a good public CA, or how they store my identity. I have a real problem with the fact I can't make a super long password and can't use complex characters. If this were corrected and I could trust the security more then the rest of the app would be great. I use it now because it's no less secure than a browser from the little we can know, but everything online related to money should be held to the highest standards of security. Please, since you post information on your website about IT security month and the like, allow users to be more secure. At least give me more characters and a higher character limit.

PNC has a near perfect banking app. Living in another territory other than the 50 States makes it difficult to keep a mainland bank account. However, with PNC and their Mobil deposit it's no problem! I just received a check today and deposited in a matter of seconds!

I love this app. It's so convenient to do banking on my phone. My favorite feature is the mobile deposit. It saves me so much time.
New updates are great

The one thing I like the best about the new update to the PNC mobile app is depositing checks. Used to be that you had to make sure the picture of the check was all inside the box. And then you had to manually take the picture. The update is great it focuses it for you and you do not have to manually take the picture. Way cool.
Please fix these shortcomings

I love PNC, and this app works well... As far as it goes. By far, the most useful feature is the Mobile Deposit! Finally, the daily mobile deposit limit has been raised to a reasonable number - THANK YOU PNC! Here are the shortcomings, all of which need to be fixed: 1. Where is my PNCI account? Why isn't it listed along with all the other accounts, like it is in online banking? 2. Where is the "Contact Us" interface to send messages, like in online banking, or a "Suggestions" or "Feedback" options? Have to resort to putting feedback here under reviews for everyone to see... 3. (Fixed!) 4. Where is external account transfer, to-from other institutions, like in online banking? 5. In Bill Pay, where are check images? Please fix these!
