Glitch Making it hard to pay credit card bill

When I go to pay a custom amount on my credit card, the app will just crash every time I do it. This has been an issue for months now and has not been fixed
Latest update doesn’t allow for credit card payments

App fails to read the check amount correctly when doing a mobile deposit. Each time I try to submit a photo and it tries to read the amount of the check, it’s different. App works WAY better when you could enter the amount manually. I have multiple checks I cannot upload because it cannot decipher the amount. So annoying.

I got this app after BBVA was bought out by PNC; the app is useless. I cannot make payments through the app, I was told to go through the web portal to make payments. If I have to do that WHAT USE IS THE APP?? Now the web payments are slow processing and the debt collectors are calling me. I will look into refinancing this note to get away from this bank, these people are clearly incompetent.
