The car info won’t refresh, so it’s always out out date. The Apple Watch app crashes on launch.

Ongoing issues. Tried several times to retrieve Battery Status. Still not working. Also tried several times with the latest 6.2.7 update. No battery status or remote Climate Control

The Find-my-Car update for my leaf is off by up to a mile, and not in any consistent direction. Has made finding my car with the app impossible. And like everyone else: takes 1-3 minutes to update car status. if it updates at all. and there’s no charge scheduling. there’s a valet warning. but no charge scheduling. there’s a curfew. but no charge scheduling. seems silly, almost like nissan wants to force a 100% charge every charge.

Only got my ‘18 LEAF in Sep ‘18 but I love this app! Mostly use it to check battery level and turn on climate control remotely-needed for those MN winters. You can also turn on speed alerts - confidence that the service center or valet doesn’t speed. I agree the app isn’t instant - a submitted request takes about 30 seconds for me; but so what. Other than that, I’ve found it to be very reliable.

This app is slow and doesn't connect well. I rarely use it for those reasons. Total disaster! We bought our 2013 Nissan Leaf on July 2013 and we were sold the feature of having the app to control our charging and whatnot but the charging for a subscription to it came after. It is ridiculous. +$30k and they still can’t keep that as complimentary to early buyers. Actually, any driver should have that feature upon purchasing the car.

This app is awesome for live checking of charging status, that is during the 5% of time it works. The other 95% of time it doesn’t it spins and you end up refreshing, reinstalling, calling customer support or other similar wastes of time. Seriously?? Love the car but the app is a freaking disaster.

I love that I have access to these functions through an app on my phone. This is the future of automobiles. I really wish they would support Siri Shortcuts. It would be awesome to just speak a quick command into my phone to turn on the AC before I leave work. That would take this to a 5-star review.

Just a never ending loop of password resets and error messages. Garbage.

This app could be so much better if the app can update/refresh data a lot faster. It takes more than 30-45 seconds to refresh!!!.......WHY, WHY, WHY???????♂️??♂️??. Think about it for second, you press the refresh icon and your staring at the screen for more 30-45 seconds....please fix this!!!

This app is mildly usable. It sometimes shows me my charge, it sometimes starts the AC, and it sometimes will open the doors. Most of the time it just spins, spins, and spins thinking about what it with sometimes do. So if this is your deciding factor on the lead as the salesperson to demo the app to make sure you have a good experience.
