Pretty disingenuous attempt to suppress the truth

I have lost faith in Nissan. They interrupted access to this application without any notification to the dealers or owners. Only after weeks of delay I was able to contact someone at Nissan who was able to tell me why the app was not working. It took them a month or more to have a "solution." In the meantime they informed dealers and owners that the entire internet connection service would be switched from 2G to 3G before the end of 2016, and that I would have to pay an unknown amount of money to have my Leaf upgraded to continue to have Internet connection. Both events indicate that Nissan is inconsiderate of its customers. Good luck, Nissan.

Unreliable and useless

Nothing works anymore. It always shows 0mi and all the info is wrong. I tried using the remote charge to force my car to charge & that never worked either. Very frustrating because everything worked before. When I needed it most, it didn't work for the last 3 days. Useless app.

Still functions poorly

Well I guess you could be happy that the update works, but still a poorly functioning app. Poor and sporadic connection. Often gives message "not available try again later." Cheap "Edge" connection hardware and software. I could go on about poor design and functionality, but many others have described the faults. I love my leaf, but this app is a sad reflection on Nissan and suggests the future of EVs is Tesla.

This piece of crap use to work at least half the time. Now it works 0% of the time. Good job Nissan, nice pos upgrade.

A better app could be developed by blind kids with no coding experience. I could crap better code and UI. The app is unreliable and a sorry excuse for a functional piece of software. Removing the app from the Apple Store would be an improvement

Love my Nissan Leaf so far. The i am changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. I still wish it was faster respond on status updates. However now at least responds always even the app is in background opened. However i wish it shows the battery % like in the website version.

Poorest Excuse for an App

This app takes about 5 minutes to download information from your car. And about 30 seconds to load each page of the app. The features aren't intuitively organized, the aesthetic is dated, and the response time is poor. I'm wondering what high school club Nissan hired to create this app.

Slow and unsteady

Would there be any way to make this app less slow? The whole aesthetic update was nice, but I'd prefer functionality. Also an update to view my cars charge on my Apple Watch would be AWESOME.

Older version car wings was better. App went from bad to worse. Lots of connection issue . And when it do deside to work it takes forever and a day to process. Like to see a better job done with app. And add smart watch support.
