Literally cannot even make an account

Luciasar

App rejects all passwords automatically, regardless of the combination of characters, length, etc. Wont even accept fully randomized 16 char ones from google. Insane how a team of engineers from a company this size can be so utterly incompetent.

Awful

Nugsfan

I can’t believe this app was ever approved by Nissan. I just got a 2019 Leaf and being able to use an app to monitor and control this car was one of the big selling points. This is beyond terrible. I hate being over dramatic about things but I don’t feel that I am in this instance. Whoever is in charge at Nissan should feel ashamed that they created and approved this app. It is completely useless. I’m so frustrated with this. FIX IT NOW!!!

Won’t connect to vehicle

Melted Pat

My vehicle updates used to be very slow, but now it won’t update at all, saying my cell signal is too weak

New version works great!

stutech6

Nissan recently updated the app and it works great now. Before I could never get my leafs range to show up or do anything on my iPhone X. Now it all works great and feels faster.

Doesn’t work

leafie12345

I hate this app. After EVgo is offline for an hour so I can’t charge and get to work now I can’t sign in. No matter what password or information I type the app keeps telling me error. And there is no easy place to see how to get help or call someone.

Cell Service

donj51

I wish that I lived in the area that it would work for the cellular service that is available. It works at work, not at home.

Overall not a good app

Ramiusii

While I applaud the attempt, this app falls well short of what it should be. The app takes way too long to update with location information or anything else for that matter. There’s not ability to refresh the app in the background on a periodic basis so you always have to manually update. I’ve attempted to update the location and had it fail many times. Sadly I was excited about this feature when I was buying the Leaf. I should have had more faith in the bad reviews and poor overall rating. For a company that supposedly values innovation and reliability, Nissan missed the mark (and an opportunity to be at the forefront) with this app.

Siri Shortcuts Support please

Bostn

The app is slow and notifications are late some times but it’s nice to have the ability to check battery and start climate control from my phone. Would love Siri shortcut support so we could just say “hey Siri, heat my car” or “hey Siri what’s my leaf’s battery level?” and not worry about app as much.

Doesn’t work

jerrywatanabe

I expected to have same level if application as Tesla. But this application doesn’t work at all. I don’t think that Nissan did its quality control. I will not lease Nissan leaf unless the application will work properly.

Lousy

kattywacky

I can’t update the status of my new Leaf. That arrow just spins round and round forever and does nothing. I can’t get the Apple Watch app to appear on my watch. When I try to open it from the Watch App Store it just swings me to the iPhone app. It’s nowhere on my watch. I’ve wasted so much time on this lousy app. What’s the problem, Nissan?!
