Stolen Car and National will not answer the phone – National Car Rental Review

I returned my rental on 11-5-21. I noticed that I had left my bath bag in the car that contained meds and some jewelry. I tried contacting the CS desk while waiting for my flight but no one would answer. When I got back to GA I went to do my expense report and went to my app to get a receipt and noticed that my app was stating that my car had not been returned. I called customer service and they would not give me a direct line to the location, the name of the manager or send an email confirming that I had contacted them.
