Customer service

Trying to get help is like pulling teeth. Transferring me to automated systems that are no longer in service and answering my questions with automated response without speaking to a person only aggravates the issue. Not happy with the customer service line when I am 66 years old and truly need help.

App is worthless for account changes

All the app does is tell you to call AT&T when you want to change or cancel service. When you call AT&T you always get a representative who can barely speak English. The reps also have no comprehension of English which makes an already frustrating situation even more stressful. Hire more US based CSRs.

Being treated unfairly when I was in a serious situation

I have been having problems with AT&T for about two years and I still stay with you guys I even had to call the corporate office to get my phone situation fixed they don’t explain when you trade in your phone how it really works they just get you imto these phones and then they tell you something else later I pacifically asked them on both time when I got my phone I don’t want to sign a contract they said it was not another contract but at the end of the day it ended up being another contract it was all a lie you guys need to be honest and let people have that opportunity on if they want to sign another contract and if not I didn’t and I made that perfectly clear all I wanted was to get the right credit that was promised to me for two iPhones. supposed to been more than what they gave me for my phones but yet I had to call corporate and they fixed it but it still doesn’t show on you guys end now I’m going through having major back surgery I feel like I was treated bad and unfairly am very upset with AT&T right now I had back surgery and called you guys a week before to make a payment arrangement because someone had hacked my bank Account so I couldn’t make a payment until I was able get myself together so I was able to fix it . I have been with AT&T for a very long time never missed a payment so for my phone to get turned off I’m very upset about that I couldn’t even use my phone to call 611 to talk to somebody I had to literally get out of my bed and go up to AT&T to have it fixed with having surgery a week prior to coming up to AT&T. Then you guys at AT&T have a audacity to charge me a $40 reconnection fee on something that wasn’t really my fault or even being said that I have a good standard with you guys because I have never missing a payment I have spoken highly to you guys with my family but now I see that it doesn’t matter about your situation it’s all about money after I finish paying you guys off I will be changing my carrier.
