Where are my cell phone accounts???

I sign in and I cannot locate my cell phone accounts. All that keeps showing up is the direct tv account. I thought the bills were supposed to be all in one app. For a communication company, you are failing, this is way too difficult!!

This app is hot garbage. It gives me no info about my account. You can’t change anything. Half the items you click on crash back to the start screen. Totally unusable, don’t waste your time.
3 years no loyalty

We been with AT&T for 3 years. We had 5 lines and now down to 2 and STILL paying almost 400 per month. Absolutely ludicrous! Soon to me T-Mobile customers. Monday afternoon in fact! 3 years no loyalty- just higher phone bills!!

Everybody is saying they’ll sign u up for services u didn’t ask for and here I am, about to pay my first phone bill with art and it’s $168 because somebody signed me up for wireless AND u-verse…..I don’t OWN a tv. I have zero need for u-verse. It’s like these companies are secretly struggling financially so they overcharge as often as they can to squeeze a little extra out of people who are struggling more than them. Pathetic

iOS ap on iOS device on river 1gig service from home. Crashes, doesn’t load. Cannot get updates for payments or services and constant time out. Had to reset PW 3 times and verify I am who I am. Ridiculous

You have changed the app and now I cannot monitor my data usage! So frustrating, why would you do this unless you were being dishonest?
