The site constantly makes you sign in and out. Saying oops there was problem. You need to sign out. It’s done this for months. Please fix this.

Has become the worst carrier. Hidden fees, lies, especially from the store in Poway. By all means if you are reading this, change to another carrier

Please provide customer service representatives that speak fluent English. Thirty minutes of waiting and I did not get help. I tried to chat only and the virtual help doesn’t understand my question. Do better please!

I've been a loyal ATT customer for 27 years. Today I bid my final farewell to them. The customer service is awful, the price increases are unjustified and the service continues to diminish. Whenever I called in to cancel my service there was a general attitude of "who cares". One winch decided to argue that I still owed $700 on a phone that was paid off 2 years ago. There was no positive attempt to keep me as a customer. There are too many options out there than to be held captive by a self serving company like ATT. I'm sure my one personal account being lost didn't phase them, but I can't wait to call to cancel the 47 other phones on my business account!
