I have paid my bill on the same day for the past few years and my bill says to pay my past due amount before a certain date to avoid any service interruptions and my bill says the past due amount that needs to be paid and have paid my bill the sam way even rep. said they do not know why my service was interrupted because the bill is paid the same date by their history. This is false advertisement! Why have that on the bill and my service is still interrupted.

Rating comment Feb. 8 titled “ Here’s another negative review” XTCHR2017 Isn’t it a wonder that AT&T has never responded to this persons concern. I too am an AT&T customer. And I could not agree more with this persons frustration with your company. Why do you even bother to have a reply and or suggestion availability. You always disappoint. I for one can attest to that. I am sure there is a silent majority who feels the same way, yet don’t waste their time contacting you.

Your website doesn’t reflect real time information. Your customer service doesn’t help, and the information given at the store is different than the website. Your store staff and your website staff should coincide with each other. Why is that so hard?
