ATT has to be the worst. I cannot login, receive normal texts and they tell me “wait 24-48 hours” non stop. so i can’t use my phone outside of wifi but you expect me to pay for it???

When I tried to log in it gives me password is wrong. I selected to have an email sent to assist in signing in. One of the log in options has details of a phone number & person that has not been on my a count in 5 yrs. It’s disturbing this person can log into my account when I was in store when I had it removed snd y it on my acct afterwards. Get it together! Also myID & password listed in email doesnt wk either ?

App reflects account info that ATT can’t see?

Why/ How does my app show details about my account that ATT can not see? Neither in person at a retail location or on a 45 min phone call to customer service with being transferred to 6 different agents?? Hmmmm. Who is running the show? Just an unhappy customer in the end.

I called yesterday to see if there was a senior program since my husband and I are both 65 years old. I was told there was no better plans than the one we were on but we could drop the insurance for some savings. I called back today to drop the insurance and harmonica assisted me and found four there was A plan that could save us an extra $40 a month and then the additional $45 for dropping the insurance. I want to thank AT&T for hiring people like harmonica in Georgia who takes the time to help the customer. Thank you ATT! Hope

In the year I’ve had my account I never had to use My AT&T until today. You cannot reach anyone, the online service sends you in circles and I still haven’t been able to see my account which was the reason for my inquiry. It’s a phone company! Contacting them should be the easiest thing to do and yet it appears otherwise.

I’m reporting them to BBB, the federal government, local government. They are very expensive, liars, and add fees for this and that. I called tonight cause they owed credits and they changed the amount of my bill due that was already paid so it appeared they applied the discount. I have the paper bill. Oh I’m talking to the attorney general as well. I don’t recommend this company to anyone and I’m disappointed I have to give one star when it should be zero. Oh and I contacted the ftc. Turns out AT&T has a history of deceiving customers. Lawsuits, they pd out 60mill 2011. You can read court files online! Update. I called again to discuss my bill was told the next bill would be $198 then the next rep said &201 and after an $85 credit added it will be $151. $201 - $85=$116 and $198-$85=$113. Figure that one out. Oh and I paid $1200 for the new Apple pro 13 max when Apple sells it for $999. Big difference. Okay so I called Nov 4, 2021 to ask about a phone and told the rep my AT&T experience. Come to find out they could have waived the setup fee. Too I was told to change my phone plan nov 22 to reduce my monthly bill to ?135 which I was told I would get and that was a big lie. So let’s see. I just joined an event with consumer reports to share my AT&T bill which will be investigated and will help congress to take the next step to make honest people out of these high dollar phone providers. I’m sharing my $299 bill with consumer report now! Talk to Shawn today, 11-22-21, 8:45am est, all to hear a bunch more lies. The rep before said I could change my plan today without paying more fees and this woman today said she would lower my bill to $135 then said I’d pay this month $203 with installation fees and that didn’t include the extra fees and taxes. Liars. Contacting BBB first, then the attorney general. I got a bill after switching to TMobile 2 months ago. Two hours on the phone being treated poorly until I talked to the supervisor. I just sent my complaint to The attorney general. I reported them to the Attorney General as promised! I have to Ky AG is quick to the draw! Thanks! And what did they do? Lie to Ag. This company is saturated with cons and liars. Be careful!
