App is worthless for account changes – myAT&T Review

All the app does is tell you to call AT&T when you want to change or cancel service. When you call AT&T you always get a representative who can barely speak English. The reps also have no comprehension of English which makes an already frustrating situation even more stressful. Hire more US based CSRs.
