For what I use my phone for I feel I pay entirely too much. No discounts, no rate fee drops for longtime customers. I usually have decent reception except at work, then I have next to no bars. Wish AT&T had better options. Just another corporate animal I guess.

Using the myatt app, trying to troubleshoot AT&T Uverse. When I go to my U-verse account and select help, it goes to a page where the globe lights up and down and a bar runs across the screen like it’s loading but it just keeps doing that forever - no error message, nothing. Sat my phone down and loaded the wash and it’s still loading. Would love to find out why U-verse suddenly clicked off and kept giving a message that it’s not available and wanted me to restart my receiver. So I did so multiple times.

Bad service, bad coverage, was happy with sprint , I’ve been kicking myself ever since I changed to att, even talking to support can’t get good enough signal!!!

This is the slowest app I’ve ever used. Takes to long to load every page. AT&T better figure out how to fix the little issues like this, cause customer service take a whole day to get anything done, and that’s why you loose more and more customers.

My internet is constantly going out of rage. I refuse to pay any monthly bill & the internet goes out every other day!
