Wonderful APP!

I really appreciate the ease of use the APP allows for. Everything is clearly written out, managing your account is super easy and quick, payments or payment arrangements are made in fewer steps than ever and all the different categories are easily found and defined. I’ve never dealt with customer service yet, I’ve heard mixed reviews from others but have faith they will be easy to talk to and deal with. My only suggest/ recommendation for improvement would be customer service being easier dealt with through online chats 24/7. The automated response is limited and not very helpful.

The service in central Florida is horrific. Keeps crashing, cannot get a speed test to complete with it being so slow. Is this 5 DSL?

The app is slow and when I want to talk with someone it takes for ever , the waiting time is extremely long .

App is terrible. I’ve been sent in circles several times recently with the chat feature. When I exit the chat & try to leave negative feedback the app crashes every time before I am able to click “submit”. I was an AT&T Wire Tech back when they started really pushing us to push the app onto customers. It was essentially useless for anything other than making bill payments then and not much has changed in the years since.

I absolutely hate using this app because every time I do it always crashes and it takes several attempts for me to login before I can do anything. Please someone fix this stupid app!!!

I do not get why my bill fluctuates so much and why now I’m paying 80$ month for something that was 69.99$. I’m so sick of this I will be pursuing other options unless this can be resolved or a consistent payment and bill schedule can be established this is outrageous
