Rating comment Feb. 8 titled “ Here’s another negative review” XTCHR2017 Isn’t it a wonder that AT&T has never responded to this persons concern. I too am an AT&T customer. And I could not agree more with this persons frustration with your company. Why do you even bother to have a reply and or suggestion availability. You always disappoint. I for one can attest to that. I am sure there is a silent majority who feels the same way, yet don’t waste their time contacting you.
