Frustrated

DISAPOINTED 64

When I re-signed up for sprint I was looking to lower my bill. After going to the sprint store in Fitchburg mass. I was doing so. When signing up for renewal I was asked by The store associate if I was interested in a free hotspot. I replied absolutely free and the associate said yes. He just had to add another number to make that happen. So I agreed and upon getting my first bill I noticed my bill was $30 higher then quoted and when I called to dispute the charges Sprint said that I signed up for a hotspot and that was it $30 charge. I then explained to sprint that my hotspot was told to me that it was free. Then Sprint told me that I signed for it and was responsible for the charge. I’ve tried several times to dispute this and it’s been over one year. If you look at my bill I never activated the hot spot. So unless I get credited for my year plus of being charged and not using that service my next alternative is to go about it with legal action. My fiancé and her daughter were there at the time to witness The whole transaction. We’ll see how this review is handled. If I haven’t heard back by Wednesday you leave me no choice but legal action. This has been way overdue and drawn out without any results. Thank you, Bill nadeau.

Favorable Review for Sprint

Sprint has a plan for single people. You only have to have one phone with one line and your rate is still affordable. Any problems I have had have been fixed on site and the personnel have been great. I highly recommend!

Horrible customer service

!:&;!;!

After four months and a returned broken iPhone I am still waiting on a proper refund. The local store just couldn’t figure it out. Corporate can’t seem to either. They promise to return calls and never do. They are good at avoiding resolving anything.

App has a bug

Jef Robertson

Payment window does not fit on the screen, and you can’t scroll the screen. There’s just barely enough visible to make out that there are a couple of buttons. I assumed the solid yellow button was the make payment or proceed button, and fortunately I was correct and my payment was processed. But I likely will not use this app again.

Nuts

This system refuses to let me access my own account without going through a series of obstacles that could kill a moose. I still don’t believe this bill is correct but I am tired of u people and will eventually take my business elsewhere.

It would be nice if i could save my card info for my phone number so i can pay my monthly bill. Im on a family account so it would just be easier that way.

No Stars

Worst experience ever. Stay away from Sprint. Degraded my iPhone 7 Plus bad in store experience. Charged me activation fee when it was supposed to be free tried to sell me a phone when mine was purchased new 4 months ago upped my plan package price and even after canceling within 48 hours I have been in the store three times to get my refund. The only thing they did right was take my money. Hopefully T-mobile will get them and straighten them out.

Unreliable Service

Sarmijo15

I’m setup for auto pay I’m not sure why my payment wasn’t taken out last month now I’m getting a past due notice the service is just really unreliable.

Weakest Network I’ve Experienced

Dieselsinger

Whether it’s 3G or LTE you can expect to have the lowest quality service in the nation. The only benefit is having unlimited data when having multiple members on a plan. You’ll definitely need all the data you can get using Sprint, because you’ll spend majority of your time searching for service using the data. Paul you may want to go back to Verizon bruh.

MySprint App

Good app, but should allow you to process a partial or past due payment...and if it does, it was too confusing to do, so I seemed obligated to pay the entire balance...
