Poor Customer Service
Dont Like Sprint
Pay for insurance just so I can have a $100 deductible and on top of that Sprint Store was suppose to call me once they got a loaner phone that’s been over 2 months ago and still my phone is broken. Also when you go into the store in person NO ONE EVER HELPS YOU Immediately. It takes about 30 mins just for a person to say I’ll be with you. The managers don’t even wanna help. AT&T is so much better than Sprint and once my contract is up I’m running from Sprint. Y’all don’t offer anything special but y’all are good for taking customers money. Wish I could give Sprint a negative 100 for overall.

I have been with sprint for more then 12 years but the service has definitely gone downhill. I use to get a great rate and for some strange reason that To has disappeared. When I call sprint to ask where my loyalty rate went they would just tell me they can not figure out what I am talking about. Well today I will make it clear on what I am talking about I am searching for a better deal and if not with sprint then with someone else. Your company use to really be for the people but now you are just about the money. I am so sorry that it has come to this but the folks on the other end of the phone act as if I am asking for to much. I am spending my money and you should be giving me more then a hard way to go. A little disappointed that I have been a long time customer and I was charged minimal money for not turning in a broken phone.

The app is good for making payments on your card. If you want to do anything else (including actually reviewing your billing statement) there are glitches and error messages galore. Even being connected to a strong WiFi signal does not help.
