You would think a mobile phone company would make good mobile phone apps

Most of the screens in the app don’t fit and you have to scroll around to find stuff. When you click on a link there is no indication it’s doing anything and the 30 seconds later when you’ve clicked on 3 other things the screen changes and you don’t know what it actually loaded. Terrible terrible app!

Constantly crashes

Every time I want to view my billing details the app always crashes. Also you should allow the option to remember login credentials. It funny how you don’t need to login to make a payment, but when you need to view your bill or use any other feature, you have to redundantly log in.

After 20 yrs of loyalty SPRINT decides to rip off their customers with Undisclosed added fees almost doubling the monthly bill. What was once great is now a dishonest and conniving Company

I have constant issues with service and a lack of updates. Due to my current financial situation I cannot switch to a better provider. Once I am able to leave I will do so ASAP!

I’ve had Sprint for about 15 years. I’ve given you guys close to 6 figures in payments and the service overall gets worse and worse. Sprint isn’t even in the Top 3 of cell providers in the US. I will now take my money to Verizon.

Sprint service is not what was promised. Local staff and on the phone don’t know what they’re talking about and it’s like pulling teeth to get anyone to help you with a problem.
