The call is always dropping . You can’t be on the phone and the internet at the same time . You can’t hear people when your on the phone unless you put it on speaker or with head phones .metro service is better then sprint service ugh wish I didn’t make this choice.

I constantly get lied to and they are slow to help but quick to disconnect your services. Hard to get customer service on the phone. You can’t use data and phone at same time. I can go on and on. Feel free to ask me I’ll tell you how horrible my experience has been. Sprint is a big no no!!!

I switched from Verizon and it was the worst decision I ever made. My calls always drop, video and music buffers all the time, and I can’t use my internet when I’m on a call. I can’t wait until these 2 years are over!! It’s say they only have 1% less coverage than Verizon, but that can’t be true.

I’ve never been offered a better plan for being a customer since it was NEXT TEL . I will be moving to another carrier because I just paid my bill.

I have spent numerous (10+ hrs) trying to resolve billing errors. No one has made an effort to rectify the problem. Every time one problem is “fixed” another occurs. I am paying nearly $180, when I should be paying no more than $120. Very dissatisfied and counting the days to give competitors my business.


App does not work

The app does nothing more than open to show you the balance. One i tan anywhere on that app it shuts down. Tried uninstalling and installing again - no success. I have iphone 7 IOS 11.3. Thanks god i have auto pay but i cant even see my statements since i only get them electronically from the app. My time with sprint will end soon. Only been with them for 7 months but had to call multiple times with billing issues and dont think its worth the hassle. Internet its really bad too bit that might be because of my location


Overcharged in fees/taxes

Despite the numerous calls, we have not received a credit towards our account. Each representative has agreed and promised they would resolve our issue. If we are late on a payment, Sprint has no problem calling and sending texts to remind or inform us of an interruption. We have been customers for over ten years! We have been searching for another provider. We are holding out to avoid losing out on money we’ve overpaid in taxes and fees. We have made payments only to avoid interruption or even worse our credit being affected.


Technical difficulties!

When entering the expiration date, the system refused to grasp selection of month for payment. I had to enter the year first before proceeding.
