Too many glitches and loading bars

First, it won’t let me sign in even though my password is correct, then it’ll make me change it so many times that I just don’t even bother trying to remember it anymore. Finally, it won’t even load the screen to change my password, so that by the time I load safari, visit the sprint website, enter in all my security info to prove that nobody else is trying to pay my bill, change the password and log back into the worthless sprint app, my bill is overdue and sprint takes even more of my money. Brilliant marketing scheme.

Debit problem

I got a new debit card, same number, different expiration and CVV number. Your phone system and app wouldn’t allow me to use the new card as a payment method because of the same card number, even when I supplied the new expiration and CVV code.

I’ve had my service with Sprint since April 2017. They have yet to fulfill their commitment for services offered. When my contract expires? I am switching to another carrier.

I set up a payment arrangement for 4/20 so I wouldn’t get shut off. So what does sprint do? They try taking it out at 2:30 in the morning! Now tell me what bank is open at 2:30 in the morning? No bank is open at 2:30 in the morning so why do they keep trying to take a payment out at 2 o’clock in the morning? I have told sprint numerous times That they cannot take money out until after 7 PM because that’s when my checks clear can you hear me now Sprint
