Doesn’t work full with Business accounts.

I’ve been a Spring business customer for 18 years. I’m disappointed this app does not work fully for Business Accounts. Please fix that because business accounts shouldn’t seem to be getting less than equal status & treatment from a Sprint App. For example, the Billing section doesn’t work for Business accounts & never has. Been waiting for years to have this function.

I am not impressed with the delay in unlocking and releasing my phone after purchase is paid. The 24 hour lag is ridiculous.

Ever since switching to sprint my monthly bill has been incorrect. Payments and credits that employees have told me would be applied have not been and my service has been turned off twice in two months due to these issues. Not to mention the already choppy WiFi and service coverage.
