The app is slow relatively useless except for paying the bills (just about the only thing that Sprint is good at – collecting your money) like the rest of my experience with Sprint the app is a disappointment! I could drone on about the things that it doesn’t do but quite frankly if you’re using Sprint to try to access the review in all likelihood it won’t load. Choose any carrier with any other app and as long as you’re not in Mogadishu You will likely be more satisfied with your choice. I include in that “any carrier” lesser-known regional carriers who will nickel and dime you on roaming etc. if I can influence one person to choose not to sign up for/be duped into using sprint this will have been worth my time.

Sprint bills are absolutely ridiculous. I should not be paying almost $200 for two lines. I had six devices with AT&T and was paying right at $300. The service is slow most of time. I’m just not satisfied. I’m either going back to AT&T or Verizon.

I don’t like the fact that I have to log in to sprint zone and then to pay a payment log in again I hope that that gets fixed pretty soon

Spoke with Tim today , he was very nice and helpful. It’s nice that my Sons phone still works on deployment.

Very much not satisfied. 1.) I Was promised great coverage, but in past 3 months my gps can’t reach a signal about 20 percent of the times I use it. 2.) I was promised my monthly bill would be under $200, yet it seems I’m now paying $300 3.) customer service has been lacking or non existent at best, and I’ve been with AT&T for 7 years
