It would be great if it worked all the time. Many times, buses don't show on the app. Other times, it says the bus is two or three stops away when it's actually two or three stops ahead. Very unreliable.

This app is amazing for anyone who has to take the bus often. It gives you the time and distance of the bus and also allows you favorite whatever bus stops you are at often. It’s a huge help so thankful for it!

I’ve been using this app for quite some time now and it’s been great except for one problem.. the map does not show the streets anymore. I only see the bus and it’s route but I can’t see exactly where it is. Can you fix this please?
Almost as worthless as the new “My MTA” app

You would think that with billions of dollars in the bank they could find a developer that new what the hell they were doing. Half the time the app says there no internet connection, although every other app seems to be able to connect just fine. Another quarter of the time most stops say they have no data. The last quarter, when the app actually does it hat it’s supposed to do, it’s nice. That’s why they get 2 stars. It’s like a participation award. Mostly useless, but at least the kid feels less horrible.
The most useless app in the world

This app is so bad it would be much less frustrating to not use it. It will say there’s a bus 10 and 20 minutes away then 5 minutes later there’s just one that’s 25 minutes away. 5 minutes later there’s one 1 minute away and one 10 minutes away. Or better yet one is 5 minutes away / two stops away. 5 minutes later it’s 5 minutes away / 1 mile away. 5 minutes later it’s just 3 minutes away. 5 minutes later it’s 1 minute away / 3 stops away. What? I hope they improve this because it’s a good idea but obviously not ready yet until if and when they can fix these things.

Big drawback: if a bus it waiting at a “terminal” to begin its run, app doesn’t tell you when it’s leaving the terminal.
