App redesign was a total waste of time. Cannot access favourites or other navigation features at the top of the screen on iPhone X. Quite amazing that this app was somehow made worse!
Very helpful but latest update has issues with iPhone X

With latest updates, all my favorites were lost. And the app overlays the iPhone X’s brows. The favorite icon overlays the battery icon and I cannot select new favorites. From a schedule perspective, the app is fairly accurate.
Update erased all my favorites

Did anyone test the update before distributing to the public? I live in NYC and don’t own a car. The app is pretty spot on wit the times given. You can even tell how far behind the next bus is. My biggest problem is the latest update erased all my favorite stops. I had about 15 stops that I use regularly. Now I need to enter them again and hope the next update doesn’t reduce all my work to a blank page. Please make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thanks

The latest revision broke usability on the Iphone X: the back button shows underneath the phone rime area and doesn’t work

Complete rewrite of app. The klunky function is gone, replaced with broken functionality. Typical MTA.

The top of the app is inside the iPhone status bar. Other than that it’s a fairly reliable, very useful app.

This used to be such a great app. But it looks like it got updated recently, it now fills up the entire iPhone X screen. Unfortunately the buttons at the top are completely unusable as they are squeezed into the little screen areas around the notch.

Since the latest update the stops stored under favorites all gone. The new version is also flawed on my mom’s iphone X because the star on the top right corner for favoriting cannot be pressed. Very disappointed since I used and relied on this app for daily use.
New update makes app unusable on iPhone X

The new update may make the app sleeker looking, but the app is absolutely incorrectly formatted for the iPhone X. I am unable to use any of the buttons on the top of the screen, as they overlap the time, service, and battery life indicators at the top of the screen. I am unable to go back, or select favorite stops. I am unable to use this app, and I NEED it for my morning commute. This review will stay at 1 star until the MTA stops screwing their customers.
