It’s good but as of right now there is a bug

It’s a good app and the times are on schedule like they should be when I use the app but as of right now when I try to put my location to the destination it just shows a white screen. It’s just a bug issue

The user experience on this app is not good. As noted from others it is hard to see the train track and for frequent trips you can’t see the return trip arrows. Weirdly on an iPad these things show up but not on the phone. Please improve the screen display and make this app as good as it used to be!

Id say 9/10 times the train times arrival is correct. For a task so simple, its unsettling to have to admit this app isnt entirely reliable especially in a city where every minute counts. To be sitting somewhere and waiting 45 minutes or to have missed a train that wont come until the morning because of an incorrect train schedule is not acceptable. Its not cool. Save yourself the stress, try another app or two as i am doing rn. It is my fifth time waiting for a train coming 40 minutes later. I wont even mention how many times ive missed the last available train to North White Plains.

Please bring back the feature that shows the ACTUAL arrival time on the right side of the screen for each stop. For some reason that was removed, and now the app only shows the scheduled arrival. Since the majority of app users are checking to see when the train will really arrive (vs just the schedule), this feature is essential. Without it, the app is the same as MyMTA and therefore serves no function.

Downloaded the app, no notification that I need to pay (if there was a notification I would not pay). Now I’m stuck with payment I cannot afford. Shame.

Most of the New Haven line trains I’ve taken lately to GCS run late. This app doesn’t show the real time of arrival at the station, just the scheduled time. This app is useless.
