Great app, but has few bugs

Everything about the app works well except, ever since the last update, Favorite bus stops no longer save. Make it frustrating searching for your stop over and over.

This is helpful for planning when to arrive at bus stop. But it does crash a lot and say buses not being tracked at this time. Which is annoying because u have to refresh or close app and restart. Sometimes. It says layover but in one second it’s less than one stop away. Accuracy is not 100. But it is helpful overall. If they fix the crashing and the accuracy. I would give 5 stars.
Usually accurate, but they have to fix the favorites bug.

I gave 2 stars because, while most of the functionality works, it does not save favorites. Having to search for the bus stop by entering text every time I use it (unless I am close enough to use Nearby) makes the app unusable.

It’s good to know if you’re traveling the buses. However the app itself is garbage. You can have full bars of service and it will still say can’t connect, check your connection. It also crashes a lot when you try to refresh the app.

I have this app for more than a year and it didn’t work for me 70% of the time. Gets updates very rarely.

I like the app and the features are great compared to using the browser version. The one big problem that there have been no updates to correct is the constant errors stating “Something went wrong, please check your internet connection”. This happens on cellular with an excellent Verizon connection as well as WiFi. I’ve emailed the developer and aside from one response that ask for further detail, I have not heard back or seen an update and it’s been a year. It’s a good app aside from the annoying constant hiccups.
