Fix the new App!!!

This new version eliminated useful features from the prior version. The stops need to be indicated along the bus route on the maps, and the refresh button needs to be included again so you can accurately check the progress as you run for the bus since you never know when you’ll get another one!!

This app has a minor bug when used on iPhone X. The developers did not use “safe area” boundaries for the map. This means that if you launch the app from app suggestions, the “<search” and “<Back” are on top of each other. This makes it impossible to press back to exit the map. Using safe areas would move the back button down to its proper position. If you enter the map on an iPhone X you must force close the app to exit the map.

It had a great layout, was easy to add my favorites without being forced to have Location Access on (like the newest MTA App does), etc. Worst of all... the latest update to this App wiped out all my FAVORITES! Badly done!

So first, the app works great when it works. It’s essential to my commute and sanity. However, there is the app’s favorite excuse of “check your internet connection” when the fault is clearly on the part of the app (every other Internet based app works). The previous version of the app had a refresh button that I could press incessantly when that happened. In this version, they took it away. So not only can I not get to see where the bus is after I see that message, but I also can’t refresh to see my bus’ progress. I’ve tried going out of my bus schedule and back in to no avail. On top of that, I had favorites saved in the previous app and when it upgraded to the new version, it deleted all of my favorites. I was excited when the new version came out because I thought they would have addressed the really irritating bug, but ultimately they made it more unbearable.

Fixed with last update - thank you! So this no longer applies (currently)............This app was great until it was updated (2 days ago). It took away previously saved favorites and will not allow an iPhone X user to touch the back button or the favorites star to add a favorite stop, because they're too high on the screen and tucked behind the time and signal strength, on the phone screen. Please adjust the locations to where they were previously, or where they're at least useable. Thank you!

This app has errors constantly. I’m always missing the bus or I just barely make it. This app crashes it has network errors and most times it won’t even turn on horrible app should just be deleted honestly.

The app works only about 1/3 of the time as it always says “we are not tracking any buses at this time.” However, if you refresh it a few times, miraculously it is tracking buses! Very annoying app.

It constantly wipe out all stops added as favorites. When searching for a bus or adding a stop it constantly gives errors about “something went wrong, check internet connection” The nearby feature is a complete joke as it just shows you the busses on the route you select. One would think you pick the nearby icon, and it would show you the stop you are at and you can easily add it as a favorite but nope. It’s slow as F! By the time I get off the train and walk to the bus stop I rather look at the countdown clock at the SBS stop than I sit for this app to load on my way to the stop.
