This is my essential app since I take the express bus every day. However, everyday, at approximately the same times, it tells me that my "internet connection is not available." And I can repeatedly click the bus or refresh button and get the same message. Until I don't. It's frustrating at the very least.
Essential but low quality

This app is extremely helpful and for the most part accurate with bus arrivals. However, there are many glitches that should be addressed. Often I find that when switching to/from WiFi and phone service, an error occurs and I have to reset the app multiple times to get it to refresh again. Sometimes that happens anyway. It would be great if the bugs could be fixed.

This app rarely works. Each time you try to look at the bus times if gives you an error message.

Like the MYA It works, but it is extremely glitched With my favorites disappearing to the error screen when attempting to check your route. It always seems to act up when you need it most.... just like the subways.

Virtually useless to me without the “at the stop” indicator that the website features... Deleted once i realized its absence.

The developer must have changed something, because now I’m unable to search for bus stops or routes. Searches for known routes (B48, M96, etc.) inexplicably yield no results. My starred/favorite routes are now gone. The app is now useless. What happened?!?

Doesn’t pick up all buses (been running after bus lately!!), doesn’t save favorites, and constantly locks up with issues where unable to connect. Not really a great app...

There is a feature to save certain stops and routes for quick access. Great idea for busses and bus stops you use frequently, especially when time is an issue. However, it doesn't work. A few hours after you save those favorites, they disappear and you'll find yourself having to navigate through the search results again. Please, MTA, fix this bug and let me actually favorite the stops I use, as the feature was intended.

When it works it’s great. It constantly malfunctions and is therefore unreliable at best, or just plain useless. Updates are sorely needed.
