Useful but definitely could be better!

This saves me time instead of just running out the door standing outside... but it doesn’t show all buses in route. Like this morning, it was said that a bus would arrive to my stop until 4:35 am. But I go outside and there is a bus pulling up to my stop! I had to run across the street to made sure the caught the bus so I wouldn’t be late for work. Thank god traffic is low at 4am because i live on a very busy street, I wouldn’t have never made the bus at any other time.

Very Inaccurate

Alek7knick

Very inaccurate at times. Waited in the rain 30 min when it said 10 min

Bad connection

jayt3ndo

Okay it keeps saying its my WiFi but its not that the app is just completely broken

Reading tofu entrails would be more accurate

Bronx buses disappear and appear and suddenly materialize far too close to your stop for you to get there. The schedule is fiction.

Bad

bra......

Bad app, almost never worked

Needs improvement

一-一

Update 1/25/20 MTA thinks this app can replace a printed bus schedule, unfortunately the app is useless for all stops near start of bus routes. It will always show 1 minutes to 10 minutes wait due to buses sitting at terminal. I have waited 30 minutes for bus showing a 3 minutes wait. Please stop removing paper schedule from bus stops. Technology can’t solve everything, a good old bus schedule beats this app hands down. The latest upgrade changed the route map now it doesn’t show where bus stops are on route are on map. Previously you could use as bus map now it is useless. Much can be said of the developers. Update 3/30/19 The app doesn’t show buses when they go off route due to detour. Why would the developers want to hide buses on the map when they have to detour? It’s not like they are able to notify people waiting at bus stop that bus is skipping the stop. It is simple UX case, if I see bus is detouring around my stop on the next street I will walk to another stop instead of waiting for bus that will never come. The MTA humans are not very attentive to notice every detour and quick in manually updating route and posting notices.

Works when it works

App is great for planning your commute...except when buses aren’t tracked properly, which is at least 50% of the time. App may say that a bus is so far away there isn’t even an ETA, but then the bus shows up 3 min later. This glitch makes it hard to know if you will be freezing on the bus stop for 3-5 min or 10-20. Not ideal.

Completely Inaccurate

I just downloaded this app 3 days ago. Each time is was not even close. I was waiting for the Q103 and it the schedule at the stop said that it was coming at a certain time. The app said that it was delayed because of traffic and it was 5 miles away.

Worse than nothing

This app is so bad it would be much less frustrating to not use it. It will say there’s a bus 10 and 20 minutes away then 5 minutes later there’s just one that’s 25 minutes away. 5 minutes later there’s one 1 minute away and one 10 minutes away. Or better yet one is 5 minutes away / two stops away. 5 minutes later it’s 5 minutes away / 1 mile away. 5 minutes later it’s just 3 minutes away. 5 minutes later it’s 1 minute away / 3 stops away. What? I hope they improve this because it’s a good idea but obviously not ready yet until if and when they can fix these things.

Favorites disappear

Thunderbill52

This app has developed a bug in recent months that causes favorites to disappear, sometimes several times a week. If anyone’s out there, please fix.
