App will not sync auto insurance policy

I had the app on my phone for the entire 6 months policy but it never would sync with my auto policy. It would show it but whenever i tried to connect to it the app gave an error.
Dental claims not accessible

Dental claims are what I went into the app research. After logging in, the app says they are having technical difficulties and to try back later.

Simple as that. I can put my username in but I cannot type my password. It’s literally a completely useless app.
Unable to sign in to app!

I’m unable to sign-in using the app on my iPhone SE! While I can type in my username, the app DOES NOT allow me to do so with my password. I hope this can be addressed by the app developer!
Glitch in updating phone number

App would not allow updating a phone number from no type to mobile type. Had to duplicate the number with the correct type in order to update. App does not allow two email addresses or users.

We recently switched to MetLife. I had asked prior if they had an app so I could have my auto insurance easily accessible. Why yes we do. Well they do but it doesn’t work. It won’t link my accounts because it can’t even fine them.

Well I guess the app is…..on the log in screen I can type my username but when I try to type in password nothing happens . No matter which key I tap on my iPhone nothing registers in the password spot. I can’t even paste the password. So yep crap app!
