I can’t see my ID cards you press it and it never responds annoying because the one time i needed it and it doesn’t work now I check it everyday since and it still doesn’t work met life what’s up Facebook x this already

Much like the website, the app is garbage. It makes me nervous that my insurance company can’t get the internet to work.

I get the MetLife email telling me that my new claim has been processed, but I continually get “claims unavailable” messages when I login to website. I have had this problem before and had to login repeatedly before I was able to open claims. If you really want a headache, call the customer service phone number (?) and try to reach the correct person to speak with you. It took 6 months to resolve payment to my dentist. We are new to MatLife, but will probably leave this company for 2018.
Great insurance rate, terrible app and online usage

As other customers have said, the app is completely useless and online is no better, I once had to enter my i formation about 10 times before I could even access my account info, please please give us some help with these issues, I don’t mean to bring in a competitors name into this, but with geico (my old insurance), the app was so easy to use, whether you were adding a car or removing one, or paying a bill, literally anything was easy to find or use and the app always worked.
