This app has not been working for months. It cannot provide me with any information about my plan. FIX IT ALREADY!

Everything is broken

Both the website and app are totally broken. Tried on both desktop and mobile. At every single step I’m met with “we’re sorry” or “oops something went wrong” messages and have to either start over or just cycle through clicking okay and trying again. I have spent over an hour today just trying to register and login and can’t even get past entering a validation code, if it even sends one since I get errors trying to do that too.

Just like the website, you can’t register your account or login without calling support. They override something so you can log in, but once you logout you’re screwed next time. Start all over again with a phone call.

Had to contact MetLife since I couldn’t log in on iPad. Had been able to log in just a couple of weeks ago. Was told Safari was a problem, wanted me to download another browser - didn’t want to. Suggested getting the App - I did and was able to log on that way. Happy now. App works fine.

Registration is a headache, no policy showing up, cannot link my policies and the app is stuck at that. Will not give me a chance to chat with anyone. Why spend the money MetLife to create an app that provides nothing.

Way too slow. I couldn’t even go paperless on the app. Throws an error.
