Very Little Information

Once you get into the app, you can’t see the full coverage papers, or any documents that they have sent. Needs to provide the ability to access the same as if you had logged in on a PC


App is Ok BUT

You have issues trying to see your Policy details etc. Comes up with Error every time and Plus you should add option to put your insurance card in your APP WALLET

I logged in and it was successful. But nothing loads after that. All the screens showing “We’re Sorry... An error occurred.. Technical Error”.

It only shows the face amount of my life insurance policy without showing any paid up additions or cash value. It has no functionality with the investment options in my policy.

When trying to enter my password to access my already created account, it doesn’t register anything I type. I can’t even get in to use the app!

I was asked by my Dentist’s office to confirm if any changes to my group #. My initial questions could not be handled by the automated system. I was pleasantly surprised to see how fast the automated system transferred me to a live customer agent to handle my questions. Neika, the assigned agent, handled my questions on the spot. She also offered to send updated cards by mail. After 9:30 PM (et), the entire situation was handled in less than 7 minutes. I was impressed. Thank you.
