Tried to link Auto insurance in app and first the date is white text on a white background so nearly impossible to change but doable if you persist. The first attempt I had no submit button available, the second time i did and it said it linked successfully but it’s nowhere to be found in the app. I’m on an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 14.0. Went to give feedback and the wheel of shame just spun and spun and spun. Lousy app

I downloaded this after switching my auto to MetLife and first of all, I don’t understand why my policy doesn’t automatically appear in my account on the app since I’ve already set up an online account. This is the only insurance I’ve ever had where I had to set up two profiles to use an app. Next, when it asks for the policy effective date, the calendar doesn’t show anything so I had to blindly scroll and hope I got lucky enough to get the date correct. It took about 20 tries but I finally got it. Then, after all that, I got a pop up that says “we’re experiencing technical difficulties”. Same thing after trying 5 more times. It’s 2020 and I live in a state where electronic insurance ID cards are legal but not for me because I picked the insurance company who can’t even make a simple app work correctly!

Not easy to navigate. Easy accessibility to claims information is terrible.

Everything about this app is sad. Website is no exception. All you get is bad gateway errors.

Supposedly can use between 8-20 characters for passwords. But gives an error at 16. The whole thing likely untested.

I tried repeatedly to login using the app. It never works. After several tries the screen reads, “sorry technical difficulties please try back later.” This is totally unacceptable. Inevitably I end up calling them, which also is a run around. Wish I had bought life insurance with a different company. Surely there is one out there that is more customer friendly.

I don’t understand why I can’t change or revise my insurance when the time of enrollment due. I can’t see my policy on my PC. Inexperienced customer service
