I can’t view my policy

I am able to login to the app, but I can’t see my policy, and when I try to add my policy manually it tells me there’s an unspecified error.

To say that it is easy to access info with your system is a joke . Every time I try I go away disappointed. You send me an E-mail that claim info is available but I can not get to it by any logical method.absolutely unbelievable.
Can’t enter alpha characters for policy’s that start with “A”.

New to MetLife. Started policy and can view on app? Can’t have proof of insurance on it? What’s the point of having it?

I’m using the app one year now regularly for my dental claims. It’s easy to understand, easy to manage, any time, day&night, on the go.
Met Life Dental Denied Claims for teeth cleaning

Met Life Dental will not pay for the cleaning of my wife’s teeth. There explanation was because there was no gum surgery with the dental implants she received in 2019. For the record, I paid over $40,000 for the implants and did not receive any reimbursement from MetLife as I did not have Dental insurance at the time. I find it unreasonable that MetLife Dental will not pay for normal cleaning of my wife’s teeth as it is necessary for good dental hygiene.
