Have deleted and installed three times and the Log In screen will not let me enter a password to log in. Worthless!!!!!!

I have never been able to access my dental plan using the app. It always reports my plan doesn’t exist or reports an error occurred. Worst experience with an app!
Too many issues with login.

Website keeps sending me back to login, over and over. I could not found my claims page.
App fails to find all my policies from my employer

So I have to manage my policies via online login only as the app only finds part of the benefits and won’t let me add the others saying my employer benefits are already added even though my dental for example isn’t there at all. The regular website is very slow so it is a pain to use as well.

I cannot link my accounts through the app. I keep getting same message that they are unable to complete it at this time. It’s only been a couple of months so I’m sure they are working on it…

The app is absolutely useless. So frustrating, then when you call in to try to get some answers they just give you the run around.
